Earthenware ~ Flow Mulberry Ware plate, Flora Pattern by Hulme & Booth. Circa possibly 1840
Manufacturered at Central Pottery, Burslem, Previously, Hopkin and Vernon Subsequently:- Thomas Hulme - between - 1835 - 1845
A beautiful plate with vivid colors. Flowers adorn the center in all shades of purples and some red. Th rim has hand painted vines with flowers in purples, muted reds and green leaves. It is 10 sides each are approx, 3" all done on milky white background. Marked and impressed on the backside
MEASURES: 9 1/4"
CONDITION: Excellent for its age, NO CHIPS, NO CRACKS, NO HAIRLINES. Light normal wear on underside with a few kiln pops. Face of the plate is wonderful! A few light minor utensil marks, hard to see, and a few kiln pops on the rim. Has a speck of a nibble on the bottom right rim, very hard to see, very small
